this is a drawing i made long back in school. well i was a big fan of J. Scott then too so i saw of video of him drawing harley quin  and thought why not try and copy it XD this was my first and last copy work.(and i just realised while posting this that the eyes are kind of weird well i guess its fine for a mad girl like her =P)
